The Motobilt spare tire mounting plate is laser cut from 1/4 inch high strength steel plate. It is setup to use a majority of the popular wheel bolt patterns. The spare tire mounting plate is laser cut with several bolt patterns: Jeep TJ, YJ, LJ, MJ, XJ, ZJ, CJ, older Ford F-150, Toyota, 1-ton Chevy and older Ford, and the newer Ford Super Duty bolt patterns
This plate will make mounting your tire that much easier. You can use the plate in many different forms. There is a 1.75 inch hole in the center of the mount. We used a large center hole so that you can easily pass any wiring through it for a rear led light or you can weld in a 1.75 inch tube and have more welding surface! This is a builders kit so you can custom fabricate your own spare tire mount. This is not an adapter.
