The JL/JT Front Aluminum High Line Fender Flares deliver true functional clearance gains for Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT owners running larger tires and premium suspension systems. These high‑line flares sit higher than modified Rubicon factory flares and open up critical space for aggressive off‑road articulation without sacrificing up‑travel.

Product Details

Each flare is built from 3/16" aluminum, laser cut, CNC formed, and TIG welded for strength and precision. Mounting brackets are constructed from 3/16" HRPO steel to prevent bending or separation from the body during off‑road impacts. The natural aluminum finish is DA‑sanded and ready for use as‑is or for custom coating.

These flares include front‑mounted DRL and turn‑signal LEDs and are designed to maximize tire clearance. They have been tested with 42x14.50 tires using minimal bumpstop height. Installation requires drilling, rivet nuts, and trimming or removal of factory flare brackets for optimal fitment and clearance.

Additional Details

Products are designed to fit vehicles with varying factory tolerances; minor hand‑fitting may be required. Bare aluminum may show surface imperfections from handling and fabrication—these are easily concealed with textured powder coat. Smooth finishes may require additional prep work. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to production realities. All Next Venture Motorsports products are laser cut, CNC formed, and hand‑welded in Colorado, USA.

Next Venture Motorsports does not provide live inventory data to OOU. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, it may carry a lead time of up to X weeks. This notice will be updated once NVM provides their typical lead‑time range.
