The JL/JT Aluminum Front Inner Fender Liners are CAD‑designed to maximize tire clearance and suspension up‑travel while providing clean, functional protection inside the front wheel wells. These liners replace the factory plastic splash guards with a rigid, service‑friendly aluminum system built for serious off‑road use.
Each liner is laser cut, precision CNC formed, and built from 0.090" 5052 aluminum—thicker and more rigid than typical 0.060" panels. A vented design increases airflow through the engine bay, helping dissipate heat during slow technical climbs or heavy accessory use.
The two‑piece construction uses 1/4‑turn fasteners for quick removal, giving you wide‑open access to the engine bay for wiring, steering upgrades, lighting installs, and general maintenance. These liners arrive ready for powder coat and can be installed independently or paired with aluminum front fender flares for maximum clearance.
These liners are designed using 3D scan data from multiple JL and JT models to ensure the closest possible fit. EcoDiesel and 392 models feature a large factory wiper fluid reservoir that reduces tire clearance; relocating or removing this reservoir allows use of the higher‑clearance version designed for gas models, improving fitment for 38" and larger tires.
Products are designed to fit vehicles with varying factory tolerances; minor hand‑fitting may be required. Bare aluminum may show surface imperfections from handling and fabrication—these are easily concealed with textured powder coat. Smooth finishes may require additional prep work.
