The JL Highline Rear Aluminum Fender Flares are engineered to maximize rear tire clearance on the JL Wrangler while maintaining a clean, high‑line profile. These flares sit higher than modified Rubicon factory flares and are designed to accommodate rear wheelbase stretch (optional) and tire sizes up to 42" with minimal bumpstop additions. If you’ve invested in premium suspension, these flares help you keep every inch of up‑travel instead of sacrificing it to low‑hanging factory plastics.
Each flare is built from 3/16" aluminum, laser cut, CNC formed, and TIG welded for strength and precision. Mounting brackets are constructed from 3/16" HRPO steel to provide the rigidity needed to resist bending or pulling away from the body during off‑road impacts. The natural aluminum finish is DA‑sanded and ready for use as‑is or for custom coating.
These flares offer significantly increased tire clearance and have been tested with 42x14.50 tires using minimal bumpstop height. Installation requires drilling and the use of rivet nuts. Cutting is optional but not required. When paired with rear corner armor and rocker armor, impacts are better distributed across the body, though these components are not required for installation.
Products are designed to fit vehicles with varying factory tolerances; minor hand‑fitting may be required. Bare aluminum may show surface imperfections from handling and fabrication—these are easily concealed with textured powder coat. Smooth finishes may require additional prep work. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to production realities. All Next Venture Motorsports products are laser cut, CNC formed, and hand‑welded in Colorado, USA.
