Most orders will ship via FedEx or UPS. Some smaller pieces may ship via USPS and larger products may be required to ship by truck freight. We do our best to give you the most economical shipping available, although we make no representations that the shipping offered is the cheapest option available. If you need something faster than standard shipping or if you don’t see expedited options on our site, you can give us a call and we’ll do our best to help you meet your deadlines.

When we run specials for free shipping, certain items may not be eligible such as, but not limited to, oversize items, suspension, tires, wheels, bumpers, hard tops, and some cargo racks.

Some very large and/or heavy items may require special handling fees and will likely be required to ship via truck freight.


Offroad & Overland Unlimited is required to collect Kentucky sales tax for orders that will be delivered to a Kentucky address or picked up in person at our retail store.


If you ordered an item that was in stock when you placed the order, the wheels of the order machine are now in motion, and you probably won’t be able to stop it! The system places the order to ship almost immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already shipped. If the item wasn’t in stock and hasn’t shipped, you can email Offroad & Overland Unlimited by emailing, we may be able to get it stopped if it hasn’t shipped from the manufacturer or is still in processing.


Parts sold by Offroad & Overland Unlimited may be covered by a third-party manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty information for products can be found on our website or you can call us at 502-591-6050 or email us at and we will help you find any relevant information.


If you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible, by calling 502-591-6050 or emailing pictures of the wrong product to We will help resolve the issue as fast as possible. You and your mechanic are responsible for verifying the parts are correct for your vehicle before installation. We are not responsible for and will not refund products that were installed in your vehicle or modified in any way. We are not responsible for and will not refund third-party charges incurred such as, but not limited to: prep fees, installation labor, paint fees, labor, damages or any other cost resulting from failure to verify the correct parts prior to installation of an incorrect product.


All shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. If you find you have received a damaged package and suspect that the contents are damaged, DO NOT OPEN IT until you have taken pictures of it from all sides that have damage. Then immediately contact the carrier that delivered your package to let them know and/or start a claim. Packages are responsibility of the carrier from the time it leaves our warehouse till it is delivered. After you have vented your frustration with the carrier, take a deep breath & send us an email including your name, order number and pictures of the damage and a phone number where you can be reached. We will get back with you as soon as possible to discuss whether the contents are intact or damaged. Do not attempt to install parts that were damaged in transit, by doing so you forfeit all warranty and claims.


Offroad & Overland Unlimited is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were properly delivered to or received by a carrier. Missing packages must be reported to Offroad & Overland Unlimited within 24 hours of the delivery notification. Missing packages must be reported to the carrier and all appropriate steps required by the carrier, including the filing of a claim, must be completed. A police report may be required if the carrier verifies that the package was delivered. It is your responsibility to verify the shipping address is correct along with your other account info such as contact information is current ensure proper delivery of products before placing your order.


Offroad & Overland Unlimited does our best to find the best shipping charges. We will charge you on the day your order is processed for shipment. We make no representation that the shipping method is the lowest rate available.


Return Authorization Number must be obtained within 30 days of the original invoice date, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any packages returned to Offroad & Overland Unlimited without a Return Authorization Number WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. All returns must be returned to the proper location as indicated in our return correspondence and are subject of a restocking fee up to 25% if applicable.

Returned products must be in new/resalable condition. No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, modified, or used products. All parts and manufacturers documentation must be present and in good shape.

Wheels are not returnable if a tire has been mounted on the wheel. Any defects of wheels must be discovered before mounting the tire. Fitment of wheels on vehicle must be verified before a tire is mounted on the wheel. If a tire has been mounted on a wheel, it is not returnable.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the product to us at Offroad & Overland Unlimited.



Buyer shall defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Offroad & Overland Unlimited from and against all suits, claims, losses, costs and expenses, even if such claims are groundless, fraudulent or false, arising out of any actual or alleged injury or death to any person, damage to any property, or any other damage or loss, any fine or penalty, resulting in whole or in part from:

(1) installation or use of any product sold by Offroad & Overland Unlimited,

(2) any design or construction defect in a product sold by Offroad & Overland Unlimited,

(3) or any breach of local, state, or federal laws or standards.


Custom-order items, programmers, clearance, and scratch and dent items are not returnable. Wheels that have had a tire mounted on them are not returnable.

Scratch and dent items are not returnable, and the buyer understand that there may not be a warranty on scratch and dent items.


Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Only returns that have received a Return Authorization Number and have met all return requirements will be eligible for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will begin processing the return as soon as possible, but it may take up to two business days to complete.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible.


If you are not totally satisfied with a product you ordered, 1st off - we hate to hear that, but it happens. You may return it by following the guidelines for returns on this page. If a product is defective but otherwise undamaged, give us a call at 502-591-6050 so we can arrange a replacement or start a return. Depending on the manufacturer, we may require getting the old one back. If this is the case, we can charge you for another one and refund the charge when we receive the defective product and verify the defect, or you can return the defective product and we will send another one out when we have verified the defect. Returns do not cover freight costs to return the product to Offroad & Overland Unlimited.


Prices are subject to change without notice. When an order is placed, normally we will check the pricing with any third parties to verify it before creating the shipment.

If during this checking process, we find a mistake we will charge you the correct amount if the correct price is lower than advertised. If we find that the price is higher than was listed on our site, we will pause the order and reach out to you to see if you want to proceed with the order. If the pricing error was obvious and should have been caught by anyone that sees it, we reserve the right to reject and cancel the order.

If when we are verifying the order, we find insufficient availability in our main warehouses, we will contact you to see if multiple shipments and timelines work for you. If we find that a certain number of an item is unavailable, we may be able to send you the amount we have available and we also reserve the right to reject the order. We will contact you prior to fulfilling an order for less than the ordered amount.

On occasion after an order is confirmed, we discover that, beyond our control, a product stock has been depleted, our warehouse suppliers stock count was incorrect, the product has sold out quickly, the product was suddenly discontinued, etc. You agree that that we may rescind and cancel the order retroactively without penalty to us, even if you have received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation previously. This is a very rare thing indeed, but in this world of supply chain issues, its better we talk about these things just in case. Offroad & Overland Unlimited shall not be liable for any order for which, beyond its controls, the ordered product is unavailable.
